Where is the lost and found?
All lost items are taken to the main ticket booth at the front of the tent.
Are you open when it’s raining?
Yes. We prioritize the safety of our guests and staff and constantly monitor the weather. In the event of severe weather, we may require evacuation of the tent. Please listen to announcements and follow staff directions in any emergency.
Can I wear my Lederhosen/Dirndl to the festival?
Absolutely. While not required, we welcome guests wearing traditional German outfits. Many people wear their lederhosen or dirndl to the festival. Prost!
Can I get a refund for any tickets that I don’t use?
No. Tickets are non-refundable but remain valid throughout the entire Oktoberfest.
