Food & Drinks

Yes and No. Tickets are essentially for the bar and are good for purchasing drinks. You can, however, pay with tickets when you order your food with one of the cashiers in the tent.

All food purchases are ordered at one of the registers. You will go to the register and tell the cashier what you would like to order for your food. The cashier will give you a kitchen ticket that you will take to the kitchen whenever you are ready to eat. The orders are only prepared when the guest comes to the counter with the ticket. So don’t worry about having to pick up your food immediately after you order. You can wait however long you would like since the kitchen will only prepare your order when you come to the kitchen counter.

You most certainly can! While we do sell souvenir steins at the festival, feel free to bring your favorite stein with you to the festival. The cost to fill your personal steins is based on the size of the stein. See our menu for the current prices.

Win a Trip to Germany Contest

Whenever you purchase one of our souvenir steins, you will get an entry into the contest. Also, VIP guests will get an entry.

Other

Yes! However we constantly monitor the current weather for any possible severe weather events. During such an event, we may need to have people out of the tent, for obvious safety concerns. If an emergency does arise, you will be informed on where to go.

Tickets are non-refundable, but you can use them any day during our festival.

ABSOLUTELY! While not required, we certainly welcome having our guests in their favorite German outfit. Many people do wear their lederhosen or dirndl to the festival. Prost!

All lost items will be taken to the front ticket booth.
