Food & Drinks
Yes and No. Tickets are required for purchasing drinks. at the bar. However, you can use extra tickets to pay for your food when you order with one of the cashiers in the tent.
All food purchases must be made at one of the registers. Inform the cashier of your desired food items, and you will receive a kitchen ticket. Present this ticket at the kitchen when you are ready to eat. Orders are only prepared when guests come to the counter with their ticket, so you do not need to pick up your food immediately after ordering.
Yes! While we sell souvenir steins at the festival, you are welcome to bring your own. The cost to fill your personal stein is based it’s size. Please refer to our menu for current prices.

Yes. We prioritize the safety of our guests and staff and constantly monitor the weather. In the event of severe weather, we may require evacuation of the tent. Please listen to announcements and follow staff directions in any emergency.
No. Tickets are non-refundable but remain valid throughout the entire Oktoberfest.
Absolutely. While not required, we welcome guests wearing traditional German outfits. Many people wear their lederhosen or dirndl to the festival. Prost!
All lost items are taken to the main ticket booth at the front of the tent.
