To our wonderful community and loyal Oktoberfest family,
It is with incredibly heavy hearts that we announce the cancellation of this year’s Glendale Heights Oktoberfest.
For over a decade, our family and team have poured our souls into bringing you the most authentic, joyous, and memorable Bavarian celebration in Illinois. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances and administrative issues completely outside of our control, the Glendale Heights Oktoberfest will not be taking place this year.
We know how many of you look forward to this annual tradition—the music, the food, the bier, and the incredible camaraderie we’ve shared since 2012. Please know that this was not a decision we wanted to make. We fought hard to keep the tradition alive, and we are just as devastated as you are that the festival cannot go on as planned.
We want to extend our deepest, most sincere gratitude to everyone who has supported us, volunteered, poured a beer, or danced in our tents over the years. You are the reason we did this, and you are what made the Glendale Heights Oktoberfest so truly special.
While the tents won’t be going up this September, the memories we’ve made with all of you will last a lifetime. We hope to see you again soon.
Prost, and thank you for everything.
